Our Installation Methods
JMS installers ‘follow the book’ on all installs. Protective building wraps are installed correctly per manufacturer specifications. Trim is properly cut, nailed & installed. Window openings are flashed, wrapped & taped correctly, windows are carefully installed, caulked & nailed per specifications. Siding is skillfully cut as needed, then nailed or screwed per pattern specified. Joints are gaped per the manual. And most importantly, sealants are installed evenly & consistently. Why? Because no matter how well siding & trim products are installed, unless sealants are applied correctly, there will be negative appearance factor & long term maintenance issues.
