Projects
JMS2 can handle any type or size of apartment, assisted living, commercial, hotel, or residential project. We have the manpower, supervision, equipment, tools, experience & knowledge to ‘meet or beat’ construction schedules. Check our list of completed projects over the years! Being mobile and willing to ‘work on the road’ allows us to be flexible on project locations. JMS2 is licensed in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, & Texas and has worked in all major metropolitan cities in these states.

Labor & Crews
Our tenured workers & staff maintain a year-round work schedule. Non-stop competitive bidding, pricing research & experience allow us to ‘sign contracts’, not just submit proposals. In turn, JMS2 contracts full-time framers & support staff, meaning ‘we hit the ground running’ and do not have to hire to build our crews. Most of our workers have been with our company for 10-15-20 years! Several have been with us for 25+ years, a fact we are very proud of. As for crew sizes, JMS2 can ‘man-up’ as needed for any size or type of project.
Safety - Our Priority
* SAFETY 1st with JMS2 – Period * OSHA rules & regulations are strictly followed at all times. We follow an OSHA approved Safety Program and conduct weekly tailgate, training & education safety meetings onsite with strict mandatory attendance required of all workers & supervisors. All personnel are issued our OSHA Approved Safety Program & Emergency Plan manuals in English & Spanish languages. All state, federal & OSHA postings are properly posted onsite per regulations. In addition, each crew has an OSHA 30 certified safety engineer on all JMS2 projects.
Materials Quantity-Quality-Pricing
As JMS2 specializes in ‘turn-key’ labor & material packages, we guarantee our material quantities by doing expert takeoffs, which are accurate and based on decades of experience. Long-term relationships have been forged with trusted wholesale suppliers whom we know will supply and deliver quality materials on time and as needed. Materials are purchased mill direct, eliminating the retail & middle-man markups, and are drop-shipped to the project site. Don’t be fooled by suppliers professing to do professional takeoffs! Their prices may be guaranteed but their quantities aren’t!
